What this policy covers
This policy covers the public marketing site at ilveno.com. A hosted Ilveno Cloud workspace sets the cookies it needs to sign users in and keep their session; those are strictly necessary for a service the users have asked for, and the customer is the controller for them. In an Enterprise on-premise install the same cookies are processed entirely on the customer's own infrastructure.
Cookies and storage we use
ilveno.com uses a minimal set of strictly functional preferences, stored on your device only after you interact with the site:
- Theme preference — remembers your light or dark mode choice.
- Language preference — remembers your selected interface language.
These preferences never leave your browser and are not linked to your identity.
What we do not use
We deliberately do not use:
- Tracking or advertising cookies.
- Third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar).
- Cross-site profiling or fingerprinting.
- Any cookie whose data is sold or shared with advertising networks.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block site storage at any time through your browser settings. Blocking these functional preferences will simply reset your theme and language to their defaults — no part of the site requires you to accept cookies in order to browse it.
